Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a store credit or exchange, provided you return the items unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all labels intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
We understand that every bra you buy in your size will not fit in the same way, to help us provide you with a speedy service please email us before you post your return if you wish to try another size, so we can make sure your size is in stock.

There are no returns or exchanges on Clearance Items.
We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels attached and in any original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.
