Blanche established A Cup Above in 2008, drawing inspiration from her European holiday when she was correctly fitted for the first time in a fashionable bra. Upon returning to Perth, she set out to find pretty bras in her size and was extremely disappointed by the lack of options available.

She decided Perth needed a store dedicated to larger breasted women who wanted the right fit and an opportunity to purchase bras that make them look and feel beautiful.

So without a matronly and ugly bra in sight, she launched the boutique lingerie shop, A Cup Above and now due to popular demand, brings you the same great styles to purchase on line.

Katharine joined A Cup Above in August 2009 after relocating to Australia with her family. She brings a wealth of experience with her after managing one of England's leading lingerie stores. Initially hired for her fantastic fitting skills, Katharine was soon promoted to Store Manager. Katharine has a great knowledge of the brands sold and understands the need to be fitted correctly in a comfortable environment.

Initially a teacher, Julie has been with A Cup Above since its doors opened, moving up to Perth to help her daughter Blanche launch the shop. Julie is the most dedicated bra fitter you will ever meet and won't stop assisting until you either leave with the perfect bra or she's ordered the right one in for you!
